All sales of marble and stone slabs are final. Gangwal Stonex does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been confirmed.
Any damage to stone slabs during transport must be addressed through the applicable transit insurance provider, where shipment insurance is available or has been arranged. Customers should inspect the slabs on delivery and report any visible damage promptly in accordance with the insurer's claim requirements.
